Synopsis:

How do you know if something is a "true" white paper versus a marketing piece for a company? How do you know where to get the "real" scoop on the latest technical information? How can you use this information to help substantiate your upcoming projects and technology changes? How do you create articles and get published on the White Paper circuit?

About:

Our speaker, Ms. Ghuliani, will cover how to do the research and critical steps in writing technical white papers. She will also advise on how to evaluate others white papers and the marketing messages in white papers. Neelam Ghuliani, is a PMP and has over 18 years of experience managing large (150+), multi-functional IS staff. She is a decisive leader with track record of designing and implementing integrated technology roadmaps to solve business problems and support growth initiatives. She has led Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management and System Integration teams for companies like Covance, NEC, Exodus Communications, Siemens and PG&E. She managed large budget (up to $20 million) projects, prescribed technologies, evaluated return on investment, and presented vision to executive management. Neelam holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, and Executive Management Program (MBA) from University of California, Santa Cruz.
